TeachSTEAM’s Coding with Six Bricks certification has been expertly designed to equip educators with tools that help foster computational thinking & early coding skills into classrooms using Six Bricks.

By the end of the course, educators will be certified and ready to conduct numerous activities in the classroom to teach basic coding concepts to young learners using Six Bricks.

  • 4 hours of live, online training with TeachSTEAM’s founder and certified lead Six Bricks trainer, Binal Kamdar

  • Introduction: What-Why-When-Who-How of Computational Thinking & Early Coding skills

  • Understanding: Abstraction, Generalisation, Decomposition, Algorithmic Thinking, Debugging & Evaluation

  • 12+ Computational Thinking hands-on Activities – Individual, Pair & Group

Training requirements:

  • Brick Requirements: 4 Sets of Six Bricks and 8 pieces of 2×2 DUPLO Bricks

  • Prior Experience: Six Bricks Foundations (recommended)
